Welcome to The Foot Lady, we are a medical practice located on Railway Approach, East Grinstead.

All our clinicians are knowledgeable in all lower limb and foot problems, from corns and fungal infections to verrucae and Plantar Fasciitis.

Our mission is to help all our clients to have comfortable, painless feet and educate how important it is to look after them. We treat everyone, from children to the more mature patient.

Clinical Staff

Jacquie Woodhouse

CEO, Head Podiatrist, Reflexology, Bio Mechanics

Jacquie has lived in East Grinstead all her life. She has worked in the health industry for many years before she decided to study at Brighton University, Eastbourne Campus to obtain an honours degree in Podiatry.
As part of a team, Jacquie has had a research paper published on how Reflexology helps with pain, fatigue and sleep in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Jacquie has worked as a Podiatrist in the local area for many years before opening The Foot Lady, East Grinstead in 2015.
When not striving to keep her patients feet happy and healthy, she enjoys spending her time down on her allotment with her grandchildren.

Jo Halcrow
Practice Manager

Jo joined the team in 2023 as head receptionist before getting a promotion to Practice Manager. She ensures the clinic runs seamlessly and efficiently every day.

Ruth Elliott
Receptionist

Ruth joined our team in September 2026. Bringing many years of experience as a PA, she is a fantastic asset to our clinic. Highly organised, friendly and helpful, we feel very lucky to have her with us.

Ella Horan Receptionist

Ella Joined us in June 2026. She completed her GCSE’s and is now studying for her A levels.

Working with us on Saturdays, Ella has settled in beautifully. She has fantastic technical skills, runs the reception desk like a pro, and we are absolutely delighted to have her as part of our team.

Susan Goldsmith
Receptionist

Sue joined our team in October 2026. Bringing many years of medical reception experience, we are incredibly fortunate to have her expertise.

Warm and welcoming, Sue is dedicated to making you feel comfortable, calm and always has a smile to greet you.
